Home growers may try this truly sweet, delicious and tenderly mild variety due to the huge number of inquiries about it. Produces great numbers of nice looking delicious pods - truly candies of the pepper world!
Very sweet and pleasant tasting baccatum from Brazil. Quite big pods are ideal for stuffing. Medium heat level makes this quite thick fleshed C. baccatum even more usable with all kinds of cooking. These plants get quite huge, but they are easily controller by pruning to keep them smaller in size.
Extremely prolAnonyme22 plant.
A mild, very tasty variety I have grown since 2004 almost every year. Has only a mild pungency. The taste is best when used before fully maturing. Just pick these pods just when start to turn into yellowish orange and you'll be amazed of the taste. One of the greatest mild varieties when picked at the right time! Let it ripen and it's still good, but more like ordinary mild pepper.
Very prolAnonyme22 and easy-to-grow variety.
This must be one of the most delightful and delicious peppers one can find!
It looks like a pink-orange Habanero, it tastes exactly like a Habanero - but it's very mild it hardly has any heat at all! The strong, distinctive flavor makes this a perfect pepper for salads - or even for snacks!
Best of all, it's great for even beginners to be grown in a pots.
A great variety for baccatum lovers! If you are not familiar with Capsicum baccatums just yet, this is a great way to get acquainted with this great species. Very flavorful and slightly sweet with just above medium heat level. Easy to grow. Might get quite large but can be easily kept small with scissors. Gives great yields too.
